Addidi Pioneers are a group of like minded individuals who want to Make a Difference (MAD) by using a proportion of their wealth to invest in sustainable projects that provide a social return, as well as projects that “do good”.

By coming together in a “social investment club”, Addidi Pioneers hope to leverage the combined resources of its members (time, talent and money) and make a bigger impact with their combined philanthropic endeavours than they could individually.

They also want to add value in their own lives by investing in projects that feed their soul and that “do good”.

Addidi Pioneers are seeking individuals who will commit a minimum of £2500 in the first year and £1000 thereafter to become Pioneers and spearhead a change in philanthropic giving and social investing. 

The Pioneers will invest in or make sustainable grants to projects / enterprises that meet some or all of the following criteria:

• The project / enterprise should have a charity purpose and it should transform individual lives or add value in the community
• The project / enterprise should make a difference to the lives of the people involved by providing skills or competencies that could be used by them to become self sufficient 
• The project / enterprise may need financial help initially but its aim should be to self sufficient in the medium term (3-7 years). 
• The Pioneers will agree clear outcomes/outputs to measure the social impact. 
• The Pioneers should have an opportunity to become involved and be able to contribute their time and talent in addition to their financial support.   

The Pioneers will be able to introduce projects but due diligence on these and all projects presented to the Pioneers will be undertaken by Addidi or approved partners. The Pioneers will be able to financially support projects of their choice as long as there is support for the minimum investment of £5000.
